This scrumptious appetizer will please cheese lovers of all ages. Dip the warm rolls into the gooey, silky, smooth melted cheese center for a delicious and memorable start to any celebration.

Hi everyone! I saw something like this for sale on Gourmet Holiday on QVC, and I decided I wanted to recreate it at home instead to save some money. This was under ten dollars to make and it was quite a yummy treat.

I used Rhodes frozen rolls, melted butter, and Double Crème Brie cheese (On QVC they used Camembert cheese). For the roll toppings, I chose to use: sesame seeds, everything bagel seasonings, Locatelli Romano cheese, and garlic and herbs. Then I garnished with fresh chopped parsley.

Baked at 350 degrees for 18 minutes. Sprayed with a little olive oil spray and then put it under the broiler for a bit to brown the top a little more. Don’t leave your bread under the broiler. Please watch it closely, it can go from brown to burnt rather quickly.
