No need to heat up your kitchen for an hour to bake up crispy skinned, seasoned, baked potatoes! Use your air fryer to get the same results for half the time. No microwaved baked potato can compare to baked, crispy skinned potatoes.

You need:
- Scrubbed clean russet potatoes
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Parsley flakes
- Coarse sea salt
- Black pepper, if desired
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer while you prep your potatoes. Wash and scrub potatoes clean with a vegetable brush. Dry potatoes and pierce with a sharp knife or fork.
In a bowl, toss potatoes in olive oil, garlic powder, coarse sea salt, and parsley flakes (and black pepper, if desired). Make sure your potatoes are coated well with the olive oil and spices and add them to your preheated air fryer. Bake the potatoes at 400 degrees for 30 minutes (mine were done at 32 minutes), or until fork tender. Larger potatoes may need more time.

I’ve always made the potatoes in the oven or the microwave. I’ve never tried them in an air fryer. I heard they get fluffy and crispy on the outside, I’m anxious to try this new technique.

They were delicious! Give them a try, and no heating up the kitchen when you use the air fryer.
