Look no further for a banana bread recipe, this banana bread is flavorful, moist, and delicious! Perfect for breakfast or a snack with a cup of coffee, tea, or milk. Yum!

The Best Banana Bread Ever! Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Honey Vanilla Greek Yogurt (Or Vanilla Yogurt, or buttermilk)
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup mashed bananas (I used 2 large ripe bananas, they must be ripe!)
- 1/4 cup White Sugar
- 1/2 cup packed Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 3/4 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray loaf pan with Olive oil spray and line with parchment paper for easy slicing.
In a bowl mix together eggs, yogurt, oil, smashed bananas, vanilla extract, and white and brown sugars until combined.
In a separate bowl, measure flour, baking soda, and salt.
Incorporate dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, be sure not to over mix.
Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for about an hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool for 15 minutes and remove from loaf pan. Enjoy!
