Whip up these tasty gluten-free muffins in no time for a nutritious breakfast or snack!

Delicious, Chocolatey, Gluten-Free Oat Bran Muffins Ingredients:
- 2 cups of Quaker Oat Bran Hot Cereal
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
- 1 cup of Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tablespoons of Vegetable Oil
- Splash of Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cup of Mini M & M’s Baking Bits
- Cupcake Liners
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line cupcake tin with cupcake liners.
In a bowl, mix together oat bran and brown sugar. Add in baking powder and salt and mix.
Next, add in wet ingredients, the milk, oil, vanilla, and eggs. Mix to combine.
Add in chocolate chips. Lastly, add in the M & M’s right before you are about to scoop into the cupcake liners.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean in one of the muffins. Enjoy!
